ABSA - Today, Tomorrow, Together?

After being retrenched at the end of December 2020, I have app**** to ABSA Home Loans on the 8th of February by sending an email, for relief of payment on my bond. I received an email back giving me the available options, to which I rep**** on 9 Feb 2021. Since then I have not had any feedback and upon calling the Home Loan Department (several times), I am always advised to re-send all previous correspondence. This I have done several times, but I still have not had any response either by email or telephone.
