ABSA - "Today, tomorrow, but definitely not together"

<p>I app**** for a Personal Loan of R140 000 in Jan 2017 and was approved for the loan amount. I advised ABSA that i was looking at various costs on repaying this back to them and would get back to them, no notification of a 5 day "shelf life" is mentioned in the quote.</p> <p>I called ABSA today and made an enquiry into the loan to be told it was closed off as i took longer than 5 days to accept the loan. I re-did a new loan application to be told i am not approved as i have a judgement on my name. This has been on my name for the past 2-3 years, how was the previous loan approved if this is the case???</p>
