Absa (Today, Tomorow, Never)

I have app**** on-line for an advance on my current absa bond account. THis is called the multi-plan. This application process started on 30 August. After numerous enquiries and send from one to the other we were sent to Karin Jooste, Absa brackenfell on 30 September (a month later). We signed some forms and handed forms in to her that was requested. She let us signed a form in which name the cheque must be made out as we dont have an account with absa. On Wednesday 05 October I phone her to enquire progress. She then informed me that we need to go to the nearest Absa as we need to complete a progress payment form. Today we received an email from Tshwaneng Serobatse that we need to provide the banking details. Not sure as to this as we signed the documetns of Friday indicating the cheque payment. I asked Karin why we needed to complete the progress payment form and she rep**** that apparently the money was placed on retention. The lady today informed me that the banking details will be send to the valuators who will come out to my house again to see what has been done prior to paying out the money.

the reason i took out this muti plan loan was to do renovation in my kithcen. What wil the evaluators look at as i could not do anything without the money. THis is really a concern that I been help by so many persons and still not on the right track. I send Karin early morning an email and tried to contact her but without any success. I know this is not her fault as she has not been the first agent that assisted us. I just thought that when i went to her there was some light but I was clearly mistaken as I am more confused as before.

can someone contact me as i need to speak to someone that understand what to do. I want to reinstate my flexi reserve as I cannot touch my money that i am paying too much monthly due to this proces. This is really disappointing as I am on the level where i want to cancel everything and take my curren bond account to FNB where I am banking at. I dont think they will be as much of a confusion as what i currently have. For this reasons and many more my family moved away from Absa bank.
