absa to lazy to work and check they systems

my sister went to pay my rent in to the same account number that I use now for more then 6 months , she stood in line to go pay it and this lady with bob hair asked her if she can help her you know fnb also does that service thing where they assist you to help you go to the right person ... well this woman looked at the account number and said that is a cellphone number they cant use it ??? I mean they didn't even check it on the system , the month before my mother also paid there and there were no trouble, please absa if that lady is so stupid and lazy please through her out the door ! I also tried phoning them they don't even answer the telephone . I hope someone talks to her about this !!
