Absa to allocate R10.000 to my account at Absa

Good day,I trust you are well. I'm not well at all with Absa Vehecle Finance. On the 18/05/2022,I paid Absa R10.000 using Capitec Bank new app toward a car as they are financing me. This new app couldn't allow me to write a ref. No. ,I alerted a Guy Called Jito from Absa Africa that app is not allowing me to write a ref.no. and he said I must continue to do transaction and money will be allocated to me which it didn't happen till now. I have been called now ant then now by the 3rd guy Tshepiso Chabeng threatening me that I must bring the car for repossessing. I made lots of emails to Elton Van Ransburg,giving him the ref. And proof of payment and twice now rep**** with an sms and say money has been allocated,I have proof of this. Please help,I'm on Hypertension treatment and now my BP is uncontrollable due to the stress I get from Tshepiso Chabeng and Absa. Please help me.
