ABSA title deed fiasco

I have been in a 10 month process to have restrictions lifted on my title deed as held by Absa Bank. After finally getting the deed and permission sent to their appointed lawyers and making payment to their lawyers to submit the changed title deed for approval, my lawyers still had to collect the title deed from the Absa appointed lawyers and submit it themselves.

This is a complete waste of my time and money and has delayed the process beyond any reasonable time.
