ABSA TIME AFRICA TIME - NOW-NOW

I needed to make a deposit at ABSA. I googled fhe opening hours for 14.11.20. 08:00. When I arrived at 07.50 the security advised I needed to wait an hour as ABSA only opened at 09:00. My question to ABSA:How long will it take your staff to change the time so that customers dont have to wait an hour in front of closed doors? Is this too much to ask? Do you have staff who are qualified to make this change?
