ABSA ****TIEST BANK

I recently found out I’m listed on SAFPS and the listing is from Absa Bank. It’s been over 3 weeks since trying to get the listing removed as I’ve sent in a dispute no one has bothered to contact me all I get is automated emails and a following email that says the message has been forwarded to my investigating officer. Yet their turnaround time is 48business hours I’m really annoyed and frustrated by this as it’s putting my life on hold I can’t do anything until this is cleared. I brought the matter to ABSA’s attention over a year ago only to find that today they went ahead and listed me for a transaction that I don’t even know about. I’ve given them ample time to sort this out what irritates me is no one has contacted me since! I demand to get answers this is totally unacceptable or I’m taking them to the ombudsman.
