Absa Threatens Unjustifiably

I have tried closing my Absa Account by sending emails to various Absa e-mail addresses 2 months ago. No reponse from Absa. Today Absa sends me a threatening SMS that I need to balance the account otherwise I will be liable for additional fees and charges. The account had funds when I requested the termination but since they never closed the account their monthly charges depleted the account. Absa, kindly close this account and do not send me any more threatening messages.
