Absa threatening to bring strangers to my house since they know my address

I received a call from a gentleman whom I can't recall the name. He told me that he is calling from Absa vehicle finance. This was 13:41 on Thursday 04 February 2021. The number that was used to call me was ***. I previously received a call from *** where I had also refused to give out my personal information as well.

He asked me to confirm my name and surname, which I did. He then asked me to confirm my date of birth, which I refused, feeling that it is too much info to confirm over the phone. He the stated to be very rude, telling me that it is not private info, that he is not asking for my ID number. It then went on to be a very unpleasant argument between myself and him, until he threatened that he is going to send someone to my house since he knows my address.

I did not like this even a little bit. Do we give our personal info to Absa to threaten us in this way? Does that mean them having our info can enable them to threaten us in this way? I am very furious and would like Absa to correct this behaviour, especially with this particular individual. I believe that Absa does have the recordings, and would be able to listen to this conversation themselves.
