ABSA threatened me!!!
I took out and insurance in January 2019. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel this policy. ABSA "refunded" me with an amount of R600. Two weeks later I received the following email from ABSA.
Good day
Please note the amount of R 412.38 is still outstanding and your urgent feedback will be required. There will be ********** claims against you if the funds are not received asap.

ABSA made the error.
In above mentioned email it is clear that ABSA threatened me.
