ABSA *******

<p>On the 21st January 2017 we paid an amount close to R30K into an absa account.</p> <p>Account number ********** 4994.</p> <p>This was the wrong bank account number by 1 digit.</p> <p>I admit up front the finger trouble was mine.</p> <p>I went to absa bank and they categorically refused to help me telling I had no right to any information at all regarding this transaction.</p> <p>They told me it was not their fault and I must work through my bank, even though my bank cannot get any information out of them.</p> <p>In fact they were downright rude.</p> <p>When I asked the supervisor if they were happy to allow money laundering and hide thieving clients I was once again told that they will not help me and are there to protect their clients even to my detriment.</p> <p>Absa are obviously masters at hiding ******* and ********* as they will not help in any way to retrieve our money.</p> <p>They have no moral backbone and stand behind what they believe to be rules, when in fact all they are is accomplices to a crime.</p> <p>All I want is a face to face meeting with this account holder and get back what is mine.</p> <p>This absa account holder helped by absa bank have ****** from me.</p> <p> </p>
