Absa there is no service

I have been holding for a hour just to get my bank confirmation letter as the app doesn’t work at the moment apparently the update to fix it is coming 1 Dec. I have phone and no one i have spoken to seems to worried to help they just said i must phone again go to a other department and so i have been holding for a hour no one picked up my call instead they just disconnected my call
