Absa , there for you to ***** your money and ignore you
Absa has once again proven to be *******. Only after a complaint on HelloPeter did someone respond about my ****** money. Not only did she send me 1 email to explain Absa's story as she saw it, but she ignored any subsequent emails from me. I would rather suggest staying away from Absa since they stole R15000 from the R30 000 that I questioned and then ignores emails.

I made a ABSA payment on a weekend, money was only to be in the beneficiery account Monday night 12 o clock. During Monday I spoke to Absa and Capitec and the account to which the funds were paid was BLOCKED by Capitec and confirmed by Absa that the funds were not yet released so the money was classified by ABSA as safe... Then later I was given back 50% of the money and told that the recipient spent half the money already. No one at Absa can explain how the money was spent without even reaching the Capitec account and then in private email I get told to contact the ombudsman... Thanx Lebogang, you set a great example and reason for no trust in Absa
