Absa the worst nightmare of all

I am so ****ed with this bank right now, I so wish to spread the word around for people never ever to take up student loans with them, I app**** for my daughter for a student loan to study a degree in psychology, the interest was paid upfront for the first 3 years then on the 4th year we started to pay the principal amount of which they still added interest on! Then I requested for a restructuring as the repayments were too high and the child is not yet employed, they refused telling me I have to pay the instalment or be black listed, then my daughter moved to the USA and got a job now we are paying R3000 more on the instalment but guess what when I ask them to reduce the term they tell me that I do not qualify to have a term reduced. What nonsense is that? R3000 more you need a qualification for what ****? they also say if they reduce the term they will increase the instalment what a f**** is Absa on about really? who pays R3000 more on R4500 instalment and gets told the term cannot be reduced? these people are broad day ******s! ******* and if you see this stay away from them by all means.
