I had a claim on my swimming pool that got a crack. They send people out to come and have a look but told me that they cover the structural of the pool but not the crack. So what is the crack then. This is not the first time this happens. I spoke to Lusanda and when I asked her to explain she just put me on hold and the phone just play music the hole time. When i ask to speak to a manager the same thing happens.
