Absa, the worst bank by far!!!

I would love to give ABSA a 0 rating, it took more than an hour to open an account, their online banking registration is a mess, also, they said the Fica will take a couple of hours, we are in the next day and I had to phone Absa Fica to get them to wake up and do the Fica. In an overall experience, it is the worst Bank by far!!!!!! I thought of switching to Absa from another bank but not anymore.
