ABSA the worst bank

One of the worst banks to deal with. Tried to open a business account, but due to the fact that they do not want to wait one one week for one of the director's verification because she is abroad they are going to cancel the application and we have to re-applly. The lady helping me were not accommodating at all. No wonder they are one of the worst on the ombudsman complaints list. One of the other major banks stated it is fine they will wait for the week, and will reserve an account number until full verification. If I were able to give a zero star rating on this site I would have done that as well
