Absa the worse bank ever

So apparently I was listed on safps 9 years ago and was not allowed to have a bank account but absa system approved and opened me an account and allowed me to transact until they realized the listing which is their fault and held the account without notifying me another fault of theirs leaving me stranded and hungry and now there's no communication from anyone on how to get my money I put inthe other day those funds are not related to my listing and I was told by safps absa should have not open the acc in the first place and should release my funds
