ABSA the MOST unsecure bank!!!

Yesterday I went to the Marlboro Shell garage to use the ABSA atm. When I tried to insert my bank card it wouldn't go in the machine and immediately a gentleman behind me advised I try it again and I continued to insert my card instead of giving the normal options the ATM gave me an error message that \THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED".
