ABSA - The most dishonest bank in south Africa

I went to ABSA Randridge Mall to close my account and they told me they can't assist me. I even spoke to the branch manager who is very rude and stupid. She told me to rather open another account. Maybe she doesn't understand basic English, "I want to close my account" is not equivalent to "I'd like to switch to another account". I would never recommend ABSA to anyone. This bank is very sneaky and i never received good service particularly from Randridge Mall.
