Absa The Grove worst ever!

This is the worst branch of Absa that exists. Expect to be sitting in a chair for more than 2 hours when in the tellers or client service queue. The excuse’s rang from lunch to the system is down. This all for just collecting a card that you have to collect as Absa sent a message to inform you that the card will be destroyed if not collected. The lady on the floor grabbed children by the hand and gave them back to the parents, what should these parents do when waiting more than 2 hour?

This is ridiculous. Worst bank ever!
