ABSA the Grinch that stole Christmas.

It is with total disgust i share this appalling ********** transaction from ABSA. Without my permission they moved a money from my cheque account to my credit card. When i tried to get a hold of them to sort out the matter i'm being given the go around. I spoke to 3 people, Fried, Sonja and Marie to assist me. They said that all they can do is log the complaint and they don't know when it will be sorted out. I asked them to get their manager to contact me. Ann the manager does not even bother to get this sorted out. ABSA you are the Grinch that stole Christmas from me by frequently moving my money without my permission.
