ABSA the disclaimer Bank

My name is Andries Coetzer. ID: *** I had suffered a blood disorder that caused me to undergo 3 back operations. My main insurance company declined my disability claim because it was temporary and not permanent disabled.. 18 montns later I was declared fit for work .Needless to say covert19 made the situation worse. My last resort was to claim for credit card relief. I submitted all the documentation for the disability claim to assist ABSA credit department to have all the information available to make an informed assessment why I only now apply for credit assistance.. The reply received from ABSA was I do not have disability insurance. Yet the claim form clearly state that the claim if for retrenchment and not disability. This is the 2nd major bank apart for ABSA with the same mentality. They are not interested to assist their customers but rather look for any possible loophole to dismiss your claim. I will keep the public informed and please submit your experience.
