Absa - The Dinosour
I received an sms stating that my debit card is expiring in 30 days and that I can apply for a new card on either the app or online.
NONE of these options have the facility to apply for a new debit card. When phoning the call Centre I get instructed to visit my nearest branch.
WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC AND ABSA IS STILL SO BEHIND WITH BASIC TECHNOLOGY THAT IT IS STILL EXPECTED OF ITS CUSTOMERS TO GO AND SPEND A WHOLE DAY JUST TO RENEW A DEBIT CARD!
Am I to take my business to FNB rather??
