Absa the cause of delays for finalizing estates

We as executors are trying to finalize a deceased estate. We need a certificate of balance as of date of death on the accounts of the deceased at Absa. It was requested by email on 6 June 2022 and again on 19 July 2022. Various calls were also made in trying to get the certificates from Absa - to no avail. Absa do not provide the certificates and do not answer to our requests.

This is now 4 months later.....
