Absa - the black hole of the banking industry
this rating system is totally unfair. it allows ABSA to be rated with one star, the same as other bad banks, or businesses in general. Absa is beyond that, it is the black hole of the banking industry, it's where customer service has fallen beyond recovery.

22 May 2019, 15:08although my credit card account showing an amount available, my credit card keeps being rejected at the merchants. this is a problem on-going for more than a year, i have raised it with your useless bank numerous times. the last time Marietjie Henning had admitted there is a problem and your IT technicians are looking into it, and she also undertook to warn me ahead of time when this incident is likely to occur. to date, nothing has been done, that woman sent me a message that she is no longer working in that department, and i am still experiencing the same problem. You have no shame!
