ABSA - the bank that does NOT care......

Absa is probably the worst bank to deal with.

I tried numerous times to have my absa credit card cancelled - both online and via telephone, as I do not want to go into the bank as they have the longest wait!

After numerous attempts - they had the audacity to have my new credit card delivered! Even though I owe R0, the charges I have to pay every month is ridiculous! This will force me to go into the bank now, and I simply hate it and really don't have time or energy for that.

Reminds me of Dec 2021, when I app**** for a home loan..... it was the worst experience! I had to submit my documents to the Property Hub team almost 10 times..... I eventually gave up and app**** to FNB, that approved me on the same day!

I will soon close all my accounts I have with ABSA - where they DON'T care for their customers....
