Absa terrible service - Siyasizana Relief Plan

I app**** online for the Absa Siyasizana Relief Plan around 3 weeks ago and has not heard anything from Absa as yet.I am a very good client with a very good payment history on all my accounts.I think it's very unprofessional of them to design such a website and allow us to add details but not assisting us back!

I asked for a 3 month relief on my vehicle finance.
