Absa - terrible bank and ******!!

This bank doesn’t know what it is doing!!! I had to change banks because of their incompetence and I stopped all accounts but one just for convenience. My practice loan account was stopped 3 months ago and yet Absa continues to ***** R1250 every month from my account !!! Upon enquiry they said they are looking into it - that was last month and still nothing happened - and low and behold they just took another R1250 from my account today!! Seems the best thing to do is just sever all ties with Absa!!! Poor poor poor service! And I’m supposed to be a private client - complete hogwash!!!
