Absa terrible all branches offline 3.11.2022
How is it Possible that absa sends you a new card, and when you need to fica it in the branch to be able to ise it they tell you all the systems at all branches are offline. Some branches you phone like Hercules Pretoria don't even answer their phones so you can chq if they are on. The fica docs cant be sent to the credit card division who may be online, it has to be done at a branch. So sit and wait to see if they do come online. U cant get to your money sorry,!

So i returned to the bank in Ben swart street today, with the forms I was there with for 2hrs on Thursday when their nationwide systems were of. Sat in the cust services queue for a long tome, and when reaching the front I am told the address affidavit form signature is not clear and the word Street in my street address is written as Str and should be street written out. could this not have been checked when I was herr on Thu when I was here for such a damn long time. But hey no, absa doesnt have to run up and down and use time and petrol to fix stuff you asked them on 3 previous visits. Unbelievable bad service absa!
