i would like to complain about the service of absa which is unacceptable , I have a new bond with them which the first installment was due 23/05/2019 , I paid r70 000.00 to re-calculate my installments which was done

however last night they debited more , surprisingly before the debit I called and confirmed the installment with an agent and they confirmed the re -calculated amount . Now im the one who has to call them using my airtime to fix it
