ABSA Temba (Jubilee Mall) stole my mothers money

My mother is a loyal client of ABSA, her cellphone number was hacked and she notified the bank as soon as she found out. She went to the Temba(Hammanskraal) Branch to change her number with one of the tellers. But to her surprise days after she changed her number someone was able to ***** all her money from her account. This was reported to the local Police Station and ABSA ***** department, on Sunday till today we have not heard from them. Nobody has bothered to tell us what happened and when my mother will get her money as she did all she could have done on her side and it clearly looks like this is the work on someone who is employed within ABSA.
