ABSA TELLERS BAD ATTITUDE

yesterday I went to ABSA in Meyerton to open my daughter’s account we have kept a ***gy bank at home for her so need to open the account. The opening of account was done exceptionally well by Lebo . They when we arrived a lady said we need to sort the coins they won’t take them like that( without giving details of how do we sort just have us plastics we sorted them in R100’s . Upon depositing the money the teller- Jackie complained that she won’t count the money she is on duty alone which wasn’t my fault, I was willing to return on Monday but her attitude was so bad that she was refusing the money - I understood they knock off early on Saturday but all that she was saying and moaning about wasn’t my fault and her attitude was so bad. In my 8 years with ABSA it was my first time having such an experience I was not sure if I was being discriminated rationally or just undermined by her.
