ABSA Teljoy !!!! wouldn't recommend them

I was with Maxicare for over 15 years and never had a problem if one of my appliances broket hey will fix it or if they cant fix it they will replace it. Now that Maxicare doesn't handle the inhouse insurance anymore and Teljoy is handling it now the service is beyond bad. First of all you cant get hold of them I phoned 2,7,9,17 and 20th of July. There was a problem with my Hifi only the cd player didnt work correctly and all of the sudden the say its a power surge, if it was a power surge the Hifi wouldnt work at all. Then they say the claim wasnt approved and they didnt even bring back my Hifi . When they eventually arrived at my house with a private car, they used my house as a work shop didnt even clean afterwards. My ref nr is AJ*** when you phone *** they dont even pick up. So why do I need to pay every month and they cant even fix or replace my appliances ???
