Absa Tax Free saving account transfer woes

I requested a Tax free savings account transfer from Investec to Absa. I went to 3 different Absa branches, none of their sales/account consultants had knowledge of how to fill the transfer paperwork. Its been a week pending now and Investec pointed out the mistakes they made in the draft of the first file submission. I personally had to explain to the Absa consultant that the Tax free account cannot simply be withdrawn and paid into the new account. It has to be an internal process otherwise it adds to your yearly contribution. I am devastated by Absa staff lack of knowledge. The department that deals with these requests dont even have a contact number, so you are at the mercy of an email, all the while Investec is waiting on Absa response. So now my money is pending transfer. How does Absa not provide adequate training for their staff? This is in no way reflecting Investec, which has always been superbly professional and knowledgeable
