ABSA tax certificate for a woman of 103 who cannot use a computer

Companies do not realise that the elderly cannot use computers etc. My mother of 103 years old needs a tax certificate. Call service *** has not taken her age into account. Money market closed and she needs a final IT3B tax certificate. Please assist
