Absa taking my money

Sitting for more than 3 months waiting for money to be cleared went to the branch in Epping cape town showed them my statement as I was awaiting my lumpsum from ccma payout it was showing uncleared for more than a month went to branch she checked couldn't find it she called the call centre and support assisted n for a month they saw the more then it disappeared then they saw it then after there investigation which I only found out it was closed was when I called in they said case closed they couldn't find the money which I think is ridiculous if its on my statement where did it go n what happened to it also saw someone else was on the case also n she had 3 different responses all I want is my money
