ABSA TAKING MY MONEY

Absa decides to automatically add insurance to my vehicle because people out their cancel insurance after they purchase!! I've been with ABSA for 25 years??? So to cancel I have to send proof of my insurance; even though its on my bank statement from ABSA?? So they NOT sorry? They want me to read the fine print on the 40 page dossier where they have the right to do so??? No need to highlight ***** in our country; our banks are the leaders in the industry!!!!
