Absa taking money from clients

I am trying and fighting now for nearly five years with ABSA bank Wills department regarding their yearly deductions for a will. ABSA is taking every year September Absa takes money from my savings account for a will and every year I must fight to get my money back because I don't have a will with Absa. The wills department are being phoned about 100 times and not one person at the wills department can or want to help me. Everyone have a different story. Absa is getting to be the worse bank in South Africa regarding services and fees.
