Absa taking food out of mouth with unauthorized debits

I haven't worked since lockdown, I had an absa loan and app**** for covid relief that was accepted I'm still not working and had loss of income on my loan. Made arrangements to pay absa an amount even tho I'm not working. I did not get a retrenchment letter from my company as they said they open in 2021 absa accepted this that's why I made arrangements. I should be covered for loss of income...I asked a company to borrow me money to start a business so that i can pay absa and other accounts monthly and feed my family It's been a struggle with food, we had to move because we couldn't pay rent, I have 5 kids to feed. I'm living with my parents that are pensioners my wife earn commission and that was on nothing this past few months because noone could afford to buy stuff this lockdown. I want to know how absa came to R11570 arrears if I've been covered by covid reliever and made arrangements after that to pay R1000 when my installment was R2900 per month. I now sit with no money because absa decided to deduct an arrears of R11570 at once when my business loan came in. Someone is trying to give me a head start to feed my family and pay debt absa take it away in a second but expects regular payments. I asked where does it say they allowed to take arrears amount if I'm still not working and have no income and was covered by loss of income sent them this proof of numerous occasions. They cant even tell me how they got to that amount what happened to covid relief. What happened to arrangements what happened to calling me before deduction I woulda said take full instament not full arrears absa please know that money is not mine it's to start a small business to earn an income to live daily. I recieved this money and have to pay it back it's not like absa decided to help people start over seeing that they got no jobs I would like my money back or we taking this to court and ombudsman as I have proof of arrangements as you say all calls are recorded I want proof you were authorized to deduct that arrears if arrangements were made to pay a minimum when I do get money and it's not my problem if you debit wrong dates when I said no specific date I dont work...and i said no income so what did you expect a certain amount a certain date. What must I live on absa what must my kids eat. I would like to tell people absa is a bad bank if this is what they do when all we trying is to feed family.
