Absa taking all my money without any notice

Since 1 February 2024, all my deposits into my Absa account dissapears and my balance stays on R0,00. This happens once a year as I have an overdraft at Absa for the last 4 or 5 years. Every year we make new arrangements and the problem is solved in a few hours. This year they can't or won't tell me what is going on. I sell cookies and rusks for a extra income. Since I can't use any of my money I am stuck with less income and no money. How they think I will be able to pay back my overdraft without making money I don't know. Two weeks. They said they will phone me at 2 o'clock today. I am still waiting.
