ABSA takes your money without authority

On or about 10 August 2015 ABSA, without contacting me and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, took R 3 000.00 out of my money builder account with them - a non-transactional account. I have since then been on the phone with various divisions of ABSA in order to get my money back. I have, despite requesting same from every person I spoke to, not been provided with anything which can be construed being me granting permission to ABSA to take my savings money without my knowledge or permission. As to date I have had no proper response and am I now sitting in dire straits halfway through the month due to the funds taken. I have drawn every cent out of my ABSA accounts and want to warn people not to bank with a bank that takes your children's food out of their mouths. The money they took was my children's maintenance money. I am unemployed.
