ABSA TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOESNT RESPOND?

I was under debt require settled with ABSA on 19 September and STILL have no paid up letter from them. They over charged me on the settlement and now owe me money, ABSA HOW MANY OF THESE POSTS MUST I MAKE TIL YOU GIVE ME MY MOMEY AND PAID UP LETTER? Your response is as pathetic as your service! I got all my paid up letters from other companies give me my **** so I can be on my merry way! You’re holding my counselor back from clearing my name at he credit bureau!!!!!!
