ABSA takes *****ulent instructions from Debt Review Company and now expects me to fix this!

So a Debt Review Company can *****ulently apply on my behalf without me speaking to anyone or signing anything and your answer is just that i need to get hold of the Debt Review Company - WHICH I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY ARE - and you FREEZE my account and put the onus on me for rectifying this if i haven't spoken to anyone or given anyone authority, permission or my signature to apply for anything. Surely the Bank is supposed to protect their customers and not just accept any instruction without my consent from any person??????? This is unacceptable!
