Absa take me home - Pathetic

I used this service for the first time a month and a half ago, they were an hour late from my booking time and didn't even bother to let me know.<br> <br> I used them again 2 weekends ago. I called the first time after they were 20min late and they said that they couldn't get hold of the driver and would email them.. really? Called for second time after they were an hour late and they told me that they would try another driver.<br> <br> I am a young lady and was stuck outside a restaurant with no transport, eventually and to use another service and pay for them almost 2hrs later.<br> <br> The next day I woke and realised they still didn't bother to call to find out if anyone had eventually even pitched.<br> <br> This is the most pathetic and most unreliable service I have ever come across. This was also very dangerous being in town as a young lady to say the least.<br> <br> I will never be using them again. So many complaints with absa and this just adds to it, perhaps time for a new bank!
