ABSA Table View very bad service.

Shocking service from ABSA. We have been business banking customers for more than 19 years and ABSA service has declined to a new low.

Couldn't get change made at ABSA Table View because their system was offline. Sure we understand system errors happen, but the very bad attitude from the branch manager was the worst. Certainly customer service is not on ABSA Table View's priority list.
