ABSA Systems & Procedures Pathetic
Got a new loan from Absa. Received the money, but no contract, no statement, no account number, nothing. Do not know what my account number is to register on the Absa banking app to monitor my balance. 1st debit order has gone off. Still no statement showing balance. How the hell can I manage my account if I don't even know what my account number is. If I dont receive any contract or statements soon, I will stop the debit order as there are no proof received that I have the account with Absa. Sort out your system Absa
