Absa system error with debt collectors!

Good Day, I have made a payment to Delberg attorneys because I was told that my account was still with them but due to a system error on Absa side the other debt collector is still demanding a payment! I don't have money to make double payments to the same account!! This is an Absa error, Absa must fix this!!
