Absa swift transfer

It has been a week since I did a swift transfer from FNB Mozambique to ABSA South Africa. My money is out of the FNB account last Monday, and still nothing in SA. Only when you post on social media ABSA reacts. I can't wait so long for ABSA to do their job. We have other financing with ABSA. Really thinking about moving my business elsewhere. This is a problem that is just ongoing.
